  • Pre-pare cards for finishers (color coded and numbered) Thursday night
  • Check and Make signs for course Thursday night
  • Order Medals and ribbon preparation 3-4 prior
  • Shirt order (need drawing from school) 2 weeks prior
  • Running numbers (if need to be ordered) 6 weeks
  • Call police to notify race day and time.
                Would like 20 cones and a car to lead runners through course (Nick Restagno)
